Description The client’s functional plan included 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms plus common areas and a storeroom in just 80m2.

The project confirms the clear original layout system, enhancing the axial nature of the corridor. A spatial compression, necessary in order to provide the house with storage space, marks the transition between the area of the rooms, decidedly reduced, and the larger kitchen-living "loft".

An articulated system of bathrooms plus ante-bathrooms allows both on the one hand a bathtub and a shower, and on the other the concurrent use for three people.
